Returns
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at support@rougemarinstudio.com. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Final sale and marked-down items
- Gift cards
- Accessories such as personal care or beauty products
- Custom or personalized pieces
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a new size or style is to return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction. If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, reach out to us at support@rougemarinstudio.com.
